You can download Huntloc app for free:
– Android-based phones, tablets in GooglePlay service;
– iPhone, iPad at AppStore.
To find it, type “Huntloc” in-app store searcher and download the offered Huntloc app.
After downloading the app, you must grant it access to the following:
– Access to the location of the phone – the app indicates your location on the map, as well as the distance between you and the dog, and other hunters, as well as marked objects;
– Smartphone camera access – to add a dog tracking device, you need to take a photo of the QR code found on it or on the product packaging, so it will automatically read the app;
– Access to contacts – thus providing easier, faster, and more convenient communication with other hunters during the hunt.
When this is done:
– Choose your preferred language in which you want the app. In total, the application offers 15 different languages: Russian, English, Estonian, etc.;
– Select the home country of your mobile operator;
– Enter your phone number, name, and email address to register an account or identify an existing one. You can change your email address and name later.
An SMS with a code will be sent to the specified phone number to confirm the created account. Enter the received code in the appropriate field. The Android phone usually automatically detects the user, no need to enter a code.
